I moved in Dec. 08, the building is amazingly beautiful, but the OFFICE STAFFS are lack of humanity, esteem, and propensity. They are the WORST of the WORST, I would NEVER recommend human to be treated by those staffs who have the destitute of knowledge why they are there. They are indistinguishable, all leasing agents are selfsame. They counterfeit niceness until someone sign the lease,after that sinister reigns!

I agree. The staff at the front office are horrible. I have never been so unhappy at an apartment before, like I am now.
