I looked at there apartments a few weeks ago and was amazed at how small there are compared to the high rents charged. I mean, the apartments seem nice enough (though nice views), but for $850 a month I expected a little something more. Plus, they wanted extra money for "valet" garbage pickup and even extra money for the regular pest control! Also, the girls in the office seemed a little full of themselves and it was REALLY a hard sell as the one that I spoke with didn't want to let me leave without leaving a check for the deposit because she "couldn't promise anything would be available tomorrow." Nice, but certainly nothing special. I did look a little more and found other apartments within a few miles that were spacious, quiet, and more within my price range.

I looked at these apartments to and the office staff was really rude to me as well. I wanted to look at an apartment and they kept asking if I was looking to leave a deposit today. I told them that I wasn't sure it just depended on the apartments and if ai liked them or not... I thought they were too pushy and that the rents were to high. The grounds weren't great either, there was trash in the hallways. I went over to Amli and leased there. Much nicer staff and apartments.

Same here and I ended up leasing at The Courtyard and I love it!!

You guys were smart! I lived there for a 1 1/2 years and hated every minute of it. Over priced and the office staff were the worst....
