Parking is very limited! If you come home after 9:00 you will have to park outside the gate due to the fact that there will not be any spaces available. As a young girl having to park far away from my apartment, at 9, 10, or 11:00 at night, it was very unsafe.
When you move in make sure you take photos of the carpet, and when you move out. They will try to charge you and make you pay for new carpet, even though they don't have photos of before and after.
Non-residents will come in the gated pool areas and swim/use facilities.
I was extrememly happy to move out and get into a safer community...and nicer.
