Maintenance people are excellent (the strength of the property staff), office staff has an above average turnover rate, helpful but can be slow and forgetful,does not know their tenants. Entry gates are broken more often than working. Disabling a temp. passcode for entry gates at noon on May 14, but closing the office at 11am that day for a 'corporate event'. Doesn't sound like good planning. Parking is the worst I've seen at any apartment complex. Gold Taurus station wagon parked outside building 17 has not been moved in over 6 months, taking up the ONLY free space in front of this building.
