First, I must say that this complex has some pluses: beautiful landscaping, extreamly clean pool and hot tub, and close parking. The staff can be very friendly.
However, not everyone will enjoy living in this complex. If you are the type of person that doesn't like having your car broken into on a regular basis, think twice about the Courtyard. (In our first month living here, my car was broken into twice.)
If you like modern applicances, this is not the place for you. Not only does the kitchen lack a built-in microwave, but there's no space on the countertops to put your own microwave. And storage space? Forget it. Half of our kitchen pantry items have to be stored in our living room because there's *no cabnet space*. The appliances that are provided are seriously outdated and need replacement.
If you have a dog, this is most certainly NOT the place for you. However, if you enjoy yelling at neighbors about their dog, or spying on them whenever they walk their dog, this is the place for you.
I would not recommend this complex to my worst enemy.

This would be the above mentioned 1 person humm someone who thinks people yell at her over her dog and spys on her maybe that is why she had problems????
