I lived here more then 2 years and only did 6 month leases and in that time my rent went up 1 time $5.00. (Break the bank let me tell ya). I have lived places where they went up $30.00 so I have no complaints about $5.00. Now when I lived there they had SUPER lighting. I checked with the GPD about crime and it was pretty much non existant at these addresses. ****I believe people who have there car broken into once much less twice bring it upon themselves.**** If you tempt a thift they will go for it. I have had a car broken into and all I had for anyone to see is a cd carrier and that was all that was gone. MY CAR WAS NOT BROKEN INTO AT COURTYARD APARTMENTS. Maintenance was great and usually same day. They had a company to call for emergency service (which is true my a/c went out and they were there within 3 hours and replaced the unit sameday "PRETTY IMPRESSIVE".
