I'M GOING TO QUOTE THE MANAGER AT THE TIME I MOVED IN. "WE ARE A SMALL COMMUNITY AND WHEN YOU HAVE A MAINTENANCE PROBLEM IT DOES NOT FALL THROUGH THE CRACKS". I CAN SAY THAT WAS MORE THEN UPHELD.
