Amazing you state what a great place it is but at the same time trash it due to things that managment has no control over. If you are unhappy why continue to live there and if you are truly in fear you wouldn't! I have lived here for many years and yes at one point we had a small string of car thefts and excuse me but if your car is continually the one that is broken into do you think it may something personal against you' This complex has the LEAST amount of crime for the whole area it just seems more apparent because they take the time to let us know everything that happens here and they CARE about us and tells us what to be on the look out for. No other property lets all of their residents know every bit of criminal activity that happens so yes we are more aware. The incident that WAS so call hushed was never a kidnapping it was a possible shooting that was TOTALLY unfounded by the police and no evidence was ever found that it even happened!! It was considered a prank. Humm you think if someone was shot they might leave evidence. But yes we were notified of the possibilty HOW nice of them to tell us. The 2 robberies you speak of well only one was a robbery and yes it did happen and yes they were followed in from the street and then robbed when they exited their car while a car was parked behind them but do you think if we had gates this would not of happened''' Well it also happened right up the street just before they drove on too our quiet property and guess what THEY HAVE GATES! Gates are not the solution and would only back up traffice at both entrances while everyone and anyone followed someone in. At least now if someone follows you in you know to watch to see if they park and go in before you or you can ust drive back around and see if they follow you. The other one was an ATTEMPT they did not get anything and they drove off after being told no so I am thinking they were not real serious but we should always act like they are serious and also there was the same occurance across the street. You have to take control of your own security and be aware of you surroundings. We do have a Courtesy Officer and HE does take an active role and patrols regularly I see him like 5 times a night on his shift in his police car plus walking late at night. I actually was out walking less than 3 minutes before the last robbery and saw the person pull in but I did not see the robbery because i had walked past that area by then and was on the back side of the property making my way around. SO see what would a gaurd could of done'' I was walking like I do usually after I get off work and I did not see it happen. Anyone who trashes this place after all management does for us I am shocked maybe you should go live someplace else and see what the real world is like. I have never had anything happen to me while living here my many years HUMMM guess the bad guys like me. We do not have any bad people that live here and no trash like other places and once in a while we have a crime happen and they let us know and then you ANONOMOUSLY POST another negative comment, did you ever consider you may be keeping good, nice , decent people from moving in with your half truth filled mean comments''' consider it if you want some more good people like we already have.

Half truths?...lets see there have been numerous car break-in, and two armed robberies. No, I didnt vote for Kerry, but I didnt vote for Bush either because I wouldnt want to be lumped in with idiots like yourself who make everything about politics. It's good to see the manager has to have all her little friends fight her battle for her. I'm not wasting anymore time talking to some typical Garland redneck, goodbye.
