This small apartment complex is well managed and maintained. Super nice manager and office - they even hold mail packages in their office. Quiet and comfy place to live. New verizon high speed internet cables were being installed a few weeks ago. It's easy to get DirecTV put in - took less than 24 hours. There is assigned parking so it's nice to always have a spot in front of my room open and there are several visitor parking spots throughout. Nice clean laundry room (it's sad that I'm so impressed with a dryer that dries). I've lived in lots of apartments in College Station and Houston and this is the best - no loud early morning garbage pick ups, no insect problems eww, no residents playing loud music all day/night. 6 miles to the highway, 3 miles from Target/Walmart/Sams Club and 6 miles from a new mall - convient, eh'
