I've lived in The Courtyard Apartments since 2001 and will not move out until after my son has graduated from High School. The location is great, the complex is small and well-maintained. We are constantly at full capacity! We are not numbers here, the staff knows who we are. Neighbors here care about each other. There are a lot of residents who have lived here for 10 years or longer. That says a lot about the community and the staff. While it would be nice to have covered parking, that is a small sacrifice to me. I've never had to worry about safety and we do have a courtesy officer on the premises. Management makes a point to have friendly relationships with the police department.
