OK - I guess some people are confused. The purpose of this site it to give honest reviews of your experience. As we all know, everyone has an opinion. That said, if someone shares an opinion different than yours that is OK. If you disagree just state that. Just because you have never experienced anything negative at The Courtyard does not mean someone else hasn't. Just because you love it at The Courtyard does not mean everyone will. It seems a lot of people are making assumptions about a negative review, basically calling the person who wrote it a liar. As it looks by their response they do live there. Their experience has been different than yours and that is ok. Sounds like there are a lot of people at The Courtyard with too much time on their hands. Again, if you disagree just state that and move on. Those of you that are calling people out - get your facts straight first. As well, I think you all owe someone an apology because you were wrong in this instance.

The reviews are not false. The vast majority of residents love this complex because it is smaller, well-maintained and well-managed. The vast majority of residents are long-term. That says A LOT about how good a complex is. I've lived here 7 years and will continue to live here until my son graduates from high school. And no, I'm not the manager.

I know about this site because I used it to find an apartment. Then I posted because I wanted to tell of my experiences after I moved in. Something funny happened to us...if you read the review you'll see one where the poster states that "it's like coming home". Sounds a little cheesy like a manager posted right? Well before we rented we walked around on the property and talked to some people. One of the ladies we met told us she loves it here because it's not like an apartment "it's like coming home". She'd been the one to post that even though it sounded like something a manager would write. So, take what you read with a grain of salt but, don't be fooled. My post was real - and I know others are too.
