The first inclination I had with this community without taking time to really look at it was that the location is not the greatest. There are apartments next to Courtyard that not too appealing. After actually entering the Courtyard complex I noticed that it is like night and day from the apartment community next to it. The landscaping is well maintained. The pool and tennis courts have the look of a country club. After entering the apartment I was interested in I noticed how nicely kept it was. The one bedroom was spacious with double sinks and a "huge" walk-in closet. The apartment pretty much sold itself for me and the price ranges were decent for the square footage and for how nice the community is as a whole. The staff at Courtyard was very cordial to me and I noticed the same towards other potential customers and current tenants there. The manager at Courtyard was very attentive to my wants and needs and was willing to work with me so that I could get into an apartment. She went the extra mile to help me out and that dedication to her job flows down to the staff who seem to be very corial and caring too!
