I personally don't recommend this place. Just recently, I moved in with my better half and noticed a ton of new rules and people parking in reserved spots they shouldn't park in. The surroundings of the area make myself and her worry a little. Can't wait for the end of the lease honestly.

OK - I guess some people are confused. The purpose of this site it to give honest reviews of your experience. As we all know, everyone has an opinion. That said, if someone shares an opinion different than yours that is OK. If you disagree just state that. Just because you have never experienced anything negative at The Courtyard does not mean someone else hasn't. Just because you love it at The Courtyard does not mean everyone will. It seems a lot of people are making assumptions about a negative review, basically calling the person who wrote it a liar. As it looks by their response they do live there. Their experience has been different than yours and that is ok. Sounds like there are a lot of people at The Courtyard with too much time on their hands. Again, if you disagree just state that and move on. Those of you that are calling people out - get your facts straight first. As well, I think you all owe someone an apology because you were wrong in this instance.
