That is an ongoing problem EVERYWHERE! You don't have to live in an apartment complex to experience this. If you want to blame someone...blame Obama.

Ah, Anonymous, what an empty life you lead. There are some 200 folks who live here; you get 2 responses & inflate the importance of your whiny post to that "everyone flips out" & that you've stirred up "a group of busy bodies" = this is such obvious nonsense that the only reason anyone responds is to correct the record for those who might read your post & think it to be true. I have lived here 6 years & know many, many current & former Residents = the experience of Not one of them lends credibility to your claim; hence, I am confident that you are delusional. Yet, I must admit that there are exceptions to every generality & such could be your case. Therefore, IF it is true about "pealing" and cracking, then whining on this site will not solve the problem; get off your pathetic butt, inform the Office, & they WILL fix it. If they don't, let me know! ... PS: Paint "peels."

Uh oh! Grammar N a z i! This place really is not a good place and would have to agree with a lot of these people on it. And yes, all the residents here are robots, especially "DeepCave", no pun intended, about this place being awesome. Good luck getting your problems fixed, it won't happen.

Are the courtyards located in the town of Stepford, because you all sound like robots in your posts and responses. One negative comment or post and everyone flips out. It sounds like a group of busy bodies live here that will always be in your business because they have no real lives other than to post on here how great the apartments are.
DeepCave is it? Every person has an individual and unique perspective of the situations they deal with. While I am sure that we are all thrilled that your 6 year stay in Stepford has been nothing short of perfection (your programmed response)not everyone has the same experience. What gets old is everyone jumping on those who do NOT have a positive experience. As you have all mentioned nowhere is perfect so the constant glowing remarks in response to some of the negative situations listed only prove to contradict your points.

It's an old complex and there may be some problems, but if you just say something to the office about it they fix it as soon as they can. Vincente (sp?) is a very nice man and he does an awesome job fixing things in the apartment. It's not right to come on here and gripe about anything before you at least give the office a chance to fix it.This is a very nice place to live and the reason people get so mad and " freak out" is because we have close relationships to the manager Angie and Vincente and you can tell they really do care if you are happy or not. I've lived here a year and I have absolutely no complaints at all. PS. the appliances didn't get old overnight if you didn't like them you shouldn't have moved in to begin with.
