Speaking from personal experience if you decide to live here, make sure you get a 3 bedroom. You will need one for you, your kids and the rats. This was the most god awful place i ever stayed at, and i wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. If it's not the rats then it's the criminals, and if it's not the criminals it's the maintenance. These fools try to open your door before they knock and when they come in, it looks like they're casing the place instead of fixing it. I warn all of you stay away from this place hell living in your grandma's basement would be better than this place.
