A few Notes. The location is nice, but the place is not. Parking is alright unless it rains, then you'd better have a boat because the parking lots flood and no one clears the drains. I had numerous problems with neighbors playing music all night long, the office did nothing about it. There is not the advertised high speed internet, the management is not responsible, they do not respond to maintenance requests quickly, and when I moved out, I was sent to a collection agency for the final water bill. Upon moving out I asked what I owed for the water and was told they did not know and would bill me. Bill me they did via a collection agency and an additional $70 in fees. I have had plenty of issues while I lived at Windward, but the final collection just topped it off.
