My dog and I moved into a one bedroom, second floor apartment and I have no complaints. The manager seems nice to me, although I do not interact with her on a regular basis. I haven't had bug, plumbing, electrical or any other difficulties and have been living here for 3 months now. I am a college student at Southwestern and the price is good, the space is great and my dog doesn't seem to mind it either.

If I HAD to come up with a complaint, I would only say that the apartment smelled a little funny when I moved in, but a few candles and a couple of days with the windows open cleared it up quick. The people below me actually had their place broken into and a DVD player and some cash was stolen. And I've seen the police here once or twice talking with different couples. Otherwise, the manager is kind to me and although I have not had any troubles that required me to call for maintenance, I have a feeling it would be responded to quickly.
