I lived in a 1 bedroom for 8 months. The only bad time I had was my gumpy downstairs neighbor.

I liked the manager, I felt safe in my apartment. Even when I came home from work at 1, or 2 am. I enjoyed the people who lived there. The manager was very understanding of my needs, and was lovley to deal with.

There were always cops strolling through in thier cars to keep things safe.
The only bad things were parking, the hot tub never worked, and on occasion I'd get a dryer that didn't heat. But the pool was always clean! Never had problems with roaches! All in All, I really Enjoyed living there, and would live there again.

Check the back of your toilet, I bet there's mold there. Tanya is fake nice. We had no problems when we first moved in, but when you have problems with neighbours smoke seeping through the walls of your apartment, and moldy walls Tanya does NOTHING to help you. She'll be nice until she has to do something, then she becomes rude and uncaring.
