it is a bit small.. i've had problems with roaches and loud neighbors. the cops patroling the area does not mean your really safe. my lease is almost up soon and i will not renew. i rather move to a place where the manager takes her appearance seriously. she seems frumpy and smells of ciggarettes. not a very pleasent sight.although she can be nice at times. i would too if i was her. but that is besides the point. the hot tub is very gross i would not swim in there after what i saw the other night. so to each is own.
