I lived in this complex two years ago, and still remember how terrible it was. Upon finding this website, I felt compelled to share my issues with potential renters:

This complex was pathetically taken care of, and sketchy to live in at best.

The day I moved in, I saw a hypodermic needle in the grass. Too bad I was already committed.

The "wood" in the kitchen and the bathrooms was particleboard that was slowly rotting and horrible to look at on closer inspection. Also, remember to ask about light fixtures. I didn't have a light in my bedroom, and had to find one to put in. Light's pretty important. So are fans. I'm pretty sure those weren't available, either.

We had roaches when we moved in and it took multiple exterminations to get rid of them.

They had a tiny maintenance crew, and maintenance requests were handled slowly, and haphazardly. It was hell trying to get small things fixed, especially when there were serious problems.

There was also a guy who would unload his "ice cream cart" off of an ESCALADE and go wandering through the subdivision. Think he was actually selling ice cream' Probably not.

Parking is fine, as long as they aren't doing any "routine maintenance" like painting. Then they play musical car spots with you. Live in a 2/2' You can have one space. And those covered spaces that nobody uses' Not for you. Good luck with that.
