Not bad but we are looking to move

The apartments are small but reasonably priced and they pay your water and trash, so that's nice. The apartment manager is really nice and he does his best to fix the complaints that are made. They accept pets but be sure to mention the size of your pet when you are inquiring about the apartments, they only accept dogs under twenty-five pounds. That's not a problem, but we did have to sell our dog after a misunderstanding over weight. The 2 BR apartments have one bathroom and are 700 sq ft. this isn't a bad size for an elderly couple but we have a baby who is getting too big for our small place. If you live in the last building then prepare yourself fo parking hell; there is assigned parking, which is fine unless your neighbor has friends come over who don't park in the visitor's parking and then you have to trek across the complex just to get home. This trek becomes a pain in the ass when you're hauling a car seat, a diaper bag, groceries and a purse! The apartment manager does his best to remind residents that they need to park in desginated parking places only.

My only real complaint, besides parking, is the bath tub (which has nothing to do with management, because the buildings are old); the tubs are the big plastic inserts that you would expect to find in nursing homes. They are cramped as hell and, unless cleaned daily, they accumulate grime very quickly and noticably.

If you have a tight budget, are between homes, elderly and like a quiet atmosphere, or looking to live alone then I highly recommend; however, if you have a family, even the two bedroom apartments start to feel cramped after a short amount of time.
