Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
As a student, I've lived in numerous complexes and even a townhome in this area. Parkview Place was by far the safest, cleanest, and best kept of all of them. All of my maintenance requests have been handled promptly and without incident, I have not had any problems with the management, and I loved this apartment.
