I was a student at SU, and like the person who commented just before me, I have also lived in quite a few different complexes. I was looking for an affordable, safe, and clean apartment and found the perfect fit at Parkview Place. I'm looking for a new place in San Antonio now and finding it to be nearly impossible to find one that lives up to the standards that Parkview Place set for itself. I have been spoiled into thinking I don't have to pay a lot of money for a great quality apartment!

The office and maintenance staff are some of the friendliest people I have ever met, and all of my maintenance needs were promptly addressed (nothing major -clogged toilet and a dishwasher/sink leak).

Rent here if you are looking for a place in Georgetown :)

PARKING - was always able to find a spot directly in front of my apartment.

NOISE - never an issue

GROUNDS - well kept

SAFETY - exercise common sense as always, but I always felt really safe
