Best place I've lived.

Waters Edge ROCKS. It's completely updated, has a great look to it, and my view of the San Gabriel River is worth the extra $$$ in rent.
I have noticed that I do hear my upstairs neigbor a little more than I'd like, but it's not been all THAT bad. I hear footsteps and the bass of rap music though. Bleck.
We are next to nature here, so sometimes scary creatures come say howdy - one day a HUUUUGE CENTIPEDE crawled in out of nowhere near the walling around a window. I mean HUUUGE! I'm not squeamish about insects, (is a centipede even an insect technically' I think it's not...) but this thing was about 8 inches long and as fat as my thumb. SHUDDER. I caught it in the top of a tall lamp I had, and tossed it (the cent., not the LAMP) out over the balcony down to the rivershore down below. WHEW! This event hasn't changed my fond feelings for the apt. in any way, however.
Maintenance has been on top of any minor issues we've had - usually coming out that same day.
All in all, it's easily the best place I've ever lived.
