Tanya and her staff at Waters Edge have been super responsive to all of our requests. We have two separate apartments at Waters Edge, one for an elderly senior, one which has pets and a college student. We recently requested some work be done on one of the apartments and the response was courteous and everything was done in a timely manner. We received follow up phone calls to make sure we were satisfied. I only have great things to say about living at Waters Edge and recommend it highly.

Word must have gotten around to the management, because all of a sudden there is a rash of excellent feedback. Unfortunately the staff must have registered here to provide the new feedback! LOL

Hmmm, must have apotential buyer on the line with this sudden flurry of compliments. And who is Tanya? Is she the stealth (district) manager who lands here on occasion to suck up to the select few? Remember: overflowing dumpsters, dog crap, rising rents, NO after-hours staff on site (or accessible, given what we went through with that fire alame @ 1 in the morning!), parking lot noise and ditzy office personnel who are here today and gone tomorrow!

Its the management, I told them that I was going to review them negatively for never responding to my concerns!! and for taking my deposit without cause. If you like high rents, dog crap, no management and no parking then Water's Edge is for you. Otherwise you are going to hate Water's Edge. Some people prefer views over service, I didn't... I wouldn't waste me time... Go over to Westwood Townhomes they are much cheaper and just as nice without the riverviews and there are some new apts near the townhomes which you should check out too!!!
