Not recommended - These apts are NOT luxury apts and have not been for some time now. The description in the name is extremely deceiving. The appliances are old and outdated. The cabinets are old and way outdated. Carpet padding is so thin it feels non-existant. Avoid Georgetown Place Apartments!!!! - When looking for a bigger place for my family I fell in love with the 3bedroom 2bath townhome floor plan, it was perfect and it still is if it was all in proper working order. I should have known from day one when my family and I had to pretty much do out own make-ready cleaning I filled out the move-in inventory checklist like you always do at any new apartment.
