These apartments are nice but some of the people that live in the area are nosey and can't mind there own business. Some of the children that live here are out of control and don't mind messing with your belongings that are on your side of the porch. The Maintance man is really something. Half the time I wonder if he really knows what he is doing. Sometimes simple things don't get fixed right and have to be fixed or replaced the second time. The office manager is ok. But you have to watch when you are told one month that you are getting rental asst. for the next month and when you go and ask her if you have it she tells you "no" someone else got it. If you are married and are told that you are going to recieve rental asst. And a single person moves in with kids you can kiss your chance of getting it. I have lived her 3 months and are ready to move back in with my father because it is hard sometimes to come up with the rent. When you are working a low income job or your spouse gets fired from their job and the landlord only gives you 10 days to come up with the money or you start paying a late fee.
