Silverbrook Sucks!!! - I lived in this sorry apartment complex with my husband for 4 years & it absolutely sucked! The office staff is nothing but a bunch of noncaring inconsiderate individuals. The hot water took at least 5 minutes to get hot & you got billed the same for a family of 2 as you would for the family of 10. Lots of vandalism & children running around unsupervised.
