Colonade Apartments

looking for a friend and decided to write a review From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/28/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I no longer live @ the colonde I moved out @ the begining of this year and relocated to north arlington. I never got around to writting a review until today I had the worse experiance there. 1st where can I begin every month there was a new person in the office and the old lets just say dont get attached. 2nd my car was stolen Dec.2006. and the gate never worked until the day after my car was stolen( and @ t hat a couple of days later it didnt work again and the gate is so low that if a person wanted they could just jump the dang thing.The landscaping was crappy we never received gate keys.3rd they never responded promplty with any type of maintance. Our upstairs neigbors wore the worst people ever they had 5 kids and the wall was so thin you could hear a dang roach crawling it was the worst experaince ever and I had a 2 bed room paying over $750 and I have relocated to a real apartment dont get me wrong the apartment itslef @ the colonade was very pretty but it was not worth it.
