Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
The noise at night was so bad that I had to sleep with earplugs. Management was not able to solve the problem. It was the worst apartment experience of my life. Police were in the complex daily. There are plenty of inexpensive apts in Arlington and GP, pass on this one.
