New management worse than old From: xlavelleharris Date posted: 7/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   If you're looking for an apartment complex with management that will say one thing and do another, this is the place for you. They will tell you what to pay, and, after you pay the agreed upon amount, they will tell a collection agency you owe them money. If you don't like money or a good credit rating, give this one a try. When you inevitably have to deal with the managers, make sure you get everything taken care of, and signed by them, in one sitting. They absolutely will not, under no circumstances, despite any promises they make, call you back. If you decide to move in, don't forget to lock your car at night.
