New Manager came too Late!

We had a bad experience with our neighbor for quite some time. We had attempted to get the situation resolved through the office numerous times with no result. I contacted the properties corporate office. I was unaware there was a new manager. The new manager, Susy, came aboard and she took immediate action and to my surprise whatever she did worked but too late. We had signed the lease. Had she been here a month earlier we would have probably never left. The company needs to think about what they have in that manager! She was able to calm us down, handle the situation and assure us that should anything else occur to contact her immediately and she would handle it personally. Now that is what I call customer service.
