I will have to say that it has been two years since i lived there at the fairways, I lived in apartment 336 and will have to say that is the first apartment I stayed in, in the DFW area. There is nothing bad I can say about the complex. I lived there before new mgmt took over, and did all the upgrades. The people there are nice, and keep to themselves. I hit a financial plummit in my life so i had to move in with a friend for a few months. But have to actually recommend this place to anyone who would like to make it a home. I am not part of the staff or management. I am an actual resident that used to live there and it still brings back good memories to this day from when i used to live there. I give it a thumbs up. At that time rent was 495. but since it underwent changes, it is more expensive now. May consider moving back soon, my lease is almost up. Take care. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
