The staff are very nice, the fitness room is simple, but at least it's clean and it's there. The units are fairly nice, a little run down but nothing nasty or unsafe. The neighbors seem friendly and will wave or say hi. I have a lovely view of the golf course through my sliding glass door (I do wish there was a screen on the door, since I have a cat and would love to be able to have the door open some days). BUT - with all this I could be happy except we have WATER BUGS (GIANT COCKROACHES)! We have lived here for 2 months and we have seen 4 of them. That may not sound like a lot, but I am terrified of them and can't sleep after I've seen one, or be comfortable in a room where I've seen one. I've lived in 3 other apartments in TX and only saw maybe one in a whole year in any given place, so this seems like a lot to me. If you don't mind squishing the occasional giant roach you will be fine. I have not seen any sign of the little kitchen roaches THANK GOD!!!
