I have lived here for a little over two years and yes Grand Courtyards has it's problems, but so does every other apartment complex. It is really a nice place to live. Yes you sometimes have to park far away from your apartment, yes sometimes the gate doesn't work properly, yes sometimes you have loud neighbors, but that is apartment living. It is really a nice place and I have never had any problems with the management. They have always been very nice to me. Yes I've had to wait longer than I wanted to for maintainence requests, but that's just life. Yes, rent goes up everytime you renew your lease, but that happens everywhere and that is more of a reflection on the economy rather than the complex. It is so easy to find something to complain about no matter where you live. I have never feared for my life or felt unsafe for any reason at these apartments. There are very nice people that live here and I have had minimal problems with my neighbors. There will always be loud college students living in apartments and it's just part of the deal. Anyway, overall it is pretty nice complex for the price in a nice neighborhood and I have no real reason to complain.
