I have lived in several apartments in the DFW area and this one was my favorite. The grounds are landscaped nicely and kept clean. I only had one issue with an employee in the offic but she is no longer there, no issues with maintenance. We moved in order to purchase a house but were very happy with this complex. They are income based but there is a good mix of people all with a common goal of living in peace.
