WARNING!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!! From: storm.wrangler@yahoo.com Date posted: 4/4/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I am moving out of this dump at the end of April. They look nice from the outside, but in the 18 months I have lived here they never had any type of pest control done. Big roaches and silverfish. When I put in my notice and asked for a copy of my perfect rental history to obtain a mortgage, they refused to release it. Drug dealing taking place in the parking lot, gangbangers everywhere. They charge you for anything they can come up with. The manager is rude! They have never done any type of annual maintenance in my apartment. They charged me a huge deposit, which I am sure they will find a hundred reasons not to give me a dime of it back. Dont rent here. I cannot say one positive thing about this apartment.
