Looks ARE deceiving.

The place LOOKS nice. Nice on the outside, decent on the inside. You get a garage, and a parking space big enough for two cars. Rent is cheap for 3-4bdrm, 2bth.
**The pool has rarely ever worked, and pool's only allowed to be open for a short period of time.
**The basketball "court" is whack. The hoop is at an angle, and there's only one. Kids still play there, making the best of it.
**The gate has not worked once since they moved in. I think its just now getting "fixed", but its still not being used for anything other than decoration.
**Everything is painted over or made to look fixed (walls). Needed a lot fixed. Its always a hassle to get something fixed here.
**Ant and roach problem - though they're probably everywhere.
**You have to earn hours to live here, which isn't too bad.
**Rent has been screwed up a few times.
**Poor lighting.
**Loud music always come through (cars). No one does anything.
**There have been break-ins, fights; and I'm pretty sure there have been knife, gun, or bat fights. One or all.
**Definitely drugs being "trafficked" through here. Its obvious.
**Its not a safe place for kids. These couple of white kids were/are always getting picked on and hit.
** Problems w/ a/c
**Vandalism - vehicles and homes. Tires slashed; food/condiments thrown at people's windows and doors; people throw up on people's windows and doors; so on and so forth.
SO ON AND SO FORTH. If you don't mind hiding in your house til you can move somewhere better and safe - then THIS is the place for you!
