My roommate and I had a great experience living at Riverhill until we moved out. We when did our check out they told us there would be no charges and we would receive our deposit back. When I called to check on the deposit we first were told that we had broken our lease and would need to call collections because we had a balance. When told them we had not broken the lease they put me back on hold and claimed we never paid a deposit. What apartment complex doesn't make you pay a deposit' Good luck getting yours back!!! Oh and watch out because your rent will go up at least $100 bucks every year when you re-sign.

I live there currently and my rate did not go up "at least $100 bucks". I don't know this situation, but many apartment properties have specials from time to time of no deposit.
