Very Reasonable, Clean, overall a good place to live for a professional

I am in a single professional in my early thirties. I lived there in 2000-2001 and I still miss it. I never found a place like that for that price ever again. Too bad I had to move to Houston. It was so conveniently close to the airport.
I remember there was this nice personal trainer guy from Chicago in the work out gym across from the pool who used to always train good looking girls at that complex... I made a lot of friends at that gym.
I loved the jacuzzi on a foggy cool morning. The staff were great. My only complaint is that I never got my damage deposit back and I had no idea they had sent me a bill for additional 80 something dollars for extra cleaning even though I cleaned the place thoroughly before I left. It reflected on my credit report and that is how I found out. I sent them a check and six months later it was cleared from my credit report.
I just wished the apartment would come with Washer and dryer even though they would rent those to you.
I would live there again if I ever had to live in that area again. This was my honest opinion.
