I have lived at Riverhill off and on for the last 8 years or so. I have never left because of anything they did wrong...just wanted a change. I am moving back soon and obviously wouldn't be doing so if this place was as bad as someone of the previous statements try to make it out to be.
The leasing staff has always been good to me--helpful, accomodating, polite, etc.
I disagree with the statement that the construction of these apartments is poor. I have never had problems hearing running water in the walls, exterior noise, etc. If you ask me, these individuals posting negative comments are probably just disgruntled over some situation that they brought upon themselves. How can you honestly get on here and complain about being charged a late fee when you either didn't pay your rent or pay the total amount due! That's your own fault! The employees are doing their jobs just like anyone else. So if you don't want to be charged late fee's pay your total amount due every month. Common sense!
The landscaping here is great. And I absolutely love the pool area.
I have always been treated very well as a resident at this community. The Equity staff was great, and I expect the same great service from Greystar. The current staff at Riverhill has been TOTALLY awesome to me so far and anyone I know that has lived at this property since they took over has nothing negative to say about them. They are still just as satisfied as they were before the management change.
I am sure that if you move here, you will enjoy it!

No problems with noise or construction? You must be living in Building 12. You know.. the new one.. that burned down! The poor construction caused an attic to light aflame and burn down the entire building. Also - Greystar took over in December, and you write this in February. Wow.. those 2 months have been TOTALLY awesome! Totally! To the max! Wowee! I agree with one of the previous articles.. the office staff are a bunch of space cadets, and with tenants like this one, it's easy to see exactly to whom they are trying to appeal.
