I used to work for Equity which is how I know about Riverhill. Of course they're not owned by Equity any more but I knew that they would be well maintained. Greystar is a great management company and they did an AMAZING job upgrading the apartment I live in! I have move from Dallas to Seattle and back and have lived in a total of 10 different apartment communities in the past 6 years. The leasing staff were polite and offered to take me to 4 different apartments without my having to ask ( I actually declined ). They remember my name when I come into the office, the property is well kept, the maintenance guys smile and say good morning when they see me, my neighbors are friendly, the whole community seems to be functional. There are sooo many things that can go wrong ( and normally do ) in any apartment complex, its hard to avoid when living in such close quarters. All I can say is that if they are having problems, I can't tell. I'm perfectly happy and comfortable in my little 2x2 up on the hill and I plan to stay until I buy a house of my own. If you're looking for a good deal on a VERY A unit/ property, look here.
