All I can say is thank God the lease is up June 30th!!! First and foremost, we were lied to about the apartment we were getting. Sarah showed us (this was in June 2004) a very nice home in which we both loved. We thought that we were getting into this particular plan...imagine my surprise when we were moved into a college dorm room. Secondly, I needed a weight room to work out in for soccer...we were told that we would love the weight room and that it was state of the art and blah, blah, blah...well, a week after moving in, we find out that there not only isn't a weight room but also that there hadn't been one for almost six months and that there weren't any plans to get one at all. We were told that we could go through any cable/internet provider that we wanted to, nope...we were forced to go through SBC/Dish network. The first night in which we were there, my car was towed for being in the fire lane...all because the management has a scheme with the towing company. I would not recommend this place to anyone or even an animal. If you're considering this place...reconsider. The manager Kim is very incompetent at her job and the office staff is very rude. Stay away from this place.

I lived there under Kim's reign and completely agree.Jennifer is right there with her. The owners would do good to dump them both!
