WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005   This complex has the WORST management. They DO NOT care about their tenants. It is all about the money with these people. Their manager, Kim Bristow, has serious issues! DO NOT MOVE HERE! If you do and have read this, don't say I didn't try to warn you! They DO NOT make tenants follow lease policies and they try to change the rules during your lease which is illegal! All was good until new ownership and management took over. Now you can't even keep up with the staffs name because they change every week.
