You will be dissappointed after moving in. The swimming pool is suppose to close at 10:00, but people are in it until all hours of the night screaming and hollowering. You can hear your neighbors yelling at each other through the walls, sometimes they hit the walls. You can never find a place to park, because of the illegal aliens that have 20 people living in a one bedroom apartment and paying less rent than everybody else. You can't swim in the pool because of the illegals bringing everybody they know over to swim and drink. People randomly come up in cars, park out front and spend the day at the pool, these are people who do not live there. The pool is located at the managers office, and they see everything that is going on, but they choose to ignore it. You can't get anything fixed in your apartment if it is going to cost the management money. If you are coming home anytime after 11:00 pm you are afraid to walk from your vehicle to your apartment for all the illegals in the parking lot drinking and smoking pot. They will try to stop you, they follow you and they scare the hell out you. You have people using grills on thier patios, which is against the law and a $10,000.00 fine. Management is aware of this and chooses to ignore it. Do yourself a favor and don't even look at this place. They go up on your rent every year, but refuse to do anything for you. Don't waste your time. I am moving out next month, I am breaking my lease, because they are suppose to have on premises security, and they don't, so they are violating the contract agreement.

I AGREE DON'T MOVE IN MANAGEMENT SUCKS I've lived in these apartments for a while now and when I first moved in everything was great. The girls in the office seem to be polite until you sign that lease and have a complaint. They don’t work with you if you have a problem. Nor do they accommodate you for your inconvenience should something happen in your unit do to a leak. However, if your having to pay your rent two weeks late because you ended up in the hospital and was off of work for a period of time, they file papers on you quick and charge all those ridiculous fees. When they could by access the situation by, case by case basis and charge you a $50.00 late fee in addition to the rent. I can see if this thing went into a month or two long thing but, two freakin weeks. Money hungry = loyal tenants move out = no positive cash flow= high turnovers = desperation and the low life’s are rented to. The other thing that pisses me off is, we have to pay a water bill and all these other fees if were late but, people who don’t even live there are washing their clothes in our facilities, swimming in the pool, and their bad ass kids are tarring up the property by, vandalizing the laundry rooms, breaking into cars and breaking the heads of the sprinkler but, the management passes the cost to the tenants. Not to mention, all of the shady as people they have decided to rent too. Some of these people are constantly breaking the rules and the management act like they don’t know about it. I really don’t see how can you miss trash in front of people’s doors, trash on the patios, trash all over the parking lot and people grilling on their patios’. it’s crazy and I’m embarrassed and afraid to bring anyone to my apartment. These people don’t take care of their tenants like they should because they are too busy being money hungry But, again they want that rent on time every month. The apartments are very nice and they use to be kept up well along with the security team on the premises. I know for a fact a lot of the Dallas and Grand Prairie police offers have moved out. Humm….I wonder why……… Here’s a thought, maybe, if they tried taking care of the tenant’s better they wouldn’t have a high turn over.
