From: hbates Date posted: 1/27/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I am a true resident as well and happen to be very happy, quite the opposite of my former neighbor. About 6 months ago, I too was unhappy not only about the stinky overflowing dumpsters, the shut down pool (more than twice), trash everywhere, no tvs in the fitness center, and the list goes on. I haven't seen the dumpsters overflowing in quite a while. The landscaping is looking better, there are tvs in the fitness center, the pools are cleaner than they ever looked. I would consider letting my grandchildren swim there. And I wasn't even lucky enough to get a hold of anyone who knew anything about my water bill. Hell, the assistant manager didn't even know how it was billed. I think these are notable improvements. In my renting experience, if you are concerned about your deposit refund, its a good idea to request someone to walk your apartment with you before you turn in your keys.
