Great place to live

I have lived here for over 7 months and have had none of the problems that previous reviews have mentioned. I currently live right next to one of the dumpsters and anytime that I have seen it overflow, maintence is here bright and early to clean it up and move it; and for the record, it has never smelled bad. As for safety, I'm a single mom living alone and not once have I ever felt unsafe. I do agree that parking is a major problem, but that is because people whose apartments have garages dont use them; they stuff them with junk and then take up the parking spaces. That is not the apartments problem, but the tenants'. I have never had any problems with the office staff; in fact, they have been nothing but great. Any time I have had a problem they have responded promptly. Also, the few maintence problems I have had are handled respectively as well. I even have pest control come for free; I've never known any complex to do that. The rent may be a little pricey, but I feel at home with the extra amenities that my town home has. We are all adults, so stop complaining. Maybe others have problems with the staff, because the staff has problems with them. It is a tenants responsibility to note and document any problems with their apartment. That includes taking your own pictures before you move in and after you move out, and taking pictures of any other problems the occur throughout your lease. If that measure were to be taken seriously, many of these problems could have been resolved properly.
