good overall, management terrible

Apartments are fairly nice, but are getting older and need some outside work done (new fresh paint job) but as far as the inside, rooms are very nice. Maintenance team is exceptional and requests are attended to promptly.
Management is another story. Talk about people who never smile! They are very unpersonable and its like pulling teeth to get a question answered.
