The trash was overflowing due to a city disposal issue and not the maintenance or the management. The disposal company accidentally dropped the trash compactor and had to replace it with a roll off which took them longer to dump than usual. It was temporary. As far as the parking goes....how big do you want your space? The parking spaces are a standard size. It is most definitely not dirty. The grounskeeper busts his but outside all day everyday to keep the place clean. If you happen to see some trash...take some pride in where you live and pick it up and throw it away!

Please! Could I please pick up other peoples trash. Wait let me pay you a lot of money so i can pick up other poeples trash. It's true the big overflowing dumpster was temporary. Now the compactor is back and it is always overflowing. The swimming pool is nasty. I would be afraid to swim in it. But the worst part of the whole complex is the shoddy, cheap construction. If they used any insullation or sound proofing material it was not in the walls. Honestly you can hear your neighbors sneeze, fart, cough, snore, alarms going off, showers running, stomping around upstairs, stereos blasting. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this apartment and any apartment complex managed by Norstar.

i think that if you hear noises they are just the voices inside your head. it is NOT that loud

It sounds as if the apartment staff keep responding to the negative comments. Maybe the staff are the people on drugs.
