These apartments are great! It is like it?s own little community. I have a great apartment in a very secluded area, and staff is very nice and helpful. Pools are always clean, lanscaping is kept well, and the only bad thing would be the parking. There are so many people and not enough parking spots. But they have Smith Patrol on site, and always patrolling the area. They apartments keep you well informed of what is going on in the community. The apartments are pretty safe, and I have seen nothing go on since I have lived here. They allow police officers to live here rent free. That is a plus...
